Specific Course Information

 

a. Synopsis :

This course will provide the students the basic ideas of IR, evaluation, retrieval models, statistical characteristics of text, indexing models (storing and accessing), file organization, efficiency, possibly including compression, clustering, document filtering, distributed retrieval, multimedia retrieval and information extraction.

COIS 412- Enterprise Architecture
